Shipping policy

At Royal Iron Doors, each door is crafted with precision and dedication. Due to the substantial weight and unique nature of iron doors, we work with the highest quality LTL carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery across the U.S. Below is an overview of how our shipping process works and how to best prepare for a successful delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Due to the size and weight of our products, freight shipping is charged at $1,500 per door.
• Shipping costs will automatically calculate at checkout based on the number of doors in your order.
• Hardware and locks shipping cost is $50 per item and calculated separately at checkout.
• All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Charges will appear as ‘SP * ROYAL IRON DOORS.

Lead Time & Transit

• Custom doors will ship within 4 months from the date of purchase.
• Transit time typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
• All shipments are fully insured. Please inspect your door upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
